Zhongtian Bioenvironmental DNA Macro Barcode Database: Through sequence integration and information improvement of more than 10 international mainstream macro barcode databases (BOLD, Figshare, MitoFish, etc.), and sequencing supplemented some representative species macro barcode sequences in China, 7 amplified fragment macro barcode databases were independently constructed, including 12S, 16S, COI genes of mitochondria, rcbL genes and trnL-F interregion of chloroplasts, 18S and ITS sequences of ribosomal RNA.
